 Company in the Services sector is looking for a Customer Care Agentto work in Lisbon and carry out the following tasks:
- To answer customer inquiries by email and / or telephone;
- Improve overall customer service.
- Follow the company standards and engage with clients in order to create long-term customer loyalty.
Função:
 Administrativo/a Back Office (Administração de Empresas) 
Requisitos:
- Strong communication skills;
- To be precised, independent and have a commited work mindset;
- Accuracy, strong customer focus;
- Customer service oriented;
- Dynamic and pro-active.                                        
Formação:
 - University degree or proven relevant work experience;
- Quick understanding of common information technologies.
Idiomas:
 - Fluency in German, as well as a good level of English, Spanish, French or Italian.
